it's not an insult if it's true, and I'm not trying to insult her. my little sister is like that, and she doesn't always know what's right and what's wrong. not all mentally handicapped people know what's right and what's wrong. maybe she doesn't think it's stealing. maybe she saw the lineart and thought it was like a coloring page.

You're missing the entire point. Art is about creativity, expressing yourself and, in some cases, drawing what you love. Stealing art defeats a lot of these purposes.

That, and some art on DA is actually put into galleries, books and I watch one guy who even draws for the Simpsons.

See what I'm getting at? Art theft hurts everyone, and gets you nowhere as an artist.

In conclusion, I care more about people stealing art then being mentally handicapped.

Anyway gsdfreewolfdog created a account on deviantart, so she can't be so handicapped or disabled.
She/he strongly missed the important rule: Not to steal art

Sure, it's could be be more discreet to just report to Deviantart, that could I agree on.
But she just keep up to steal from other artist's and still provoke people with her/his "arrogance" and the rudeness.

If you can't follow the rulse on Da, you have nothing to do here.
This is a Artist community, not photobucket to upolde pictures that you have steal from others.

Well we do not know if this person has any problems so you cannot throw assumptions out. this person has a history with stealing artwork, and has even removed copyright tags and such off some of the images themselves. If they are capable of that, then they know they are doing something wrong.

well, I work with kids like that, and with some of them no matter how many times you tell them not to do something, they still don't always obey.
if it was my little autistic sister who "stole" other's artwork and everyone was bashing her, you wouldn't just hear from me. my parents would get on here, too. that's not intended to be a threat, I'm just telling the truth.

Thats a disgrace to people with mental handicaps. If they are that unable to understand such simple concepts such as stealing being wrong, they should not have rights to the internet do to that fact. "I would like to draw and I do not want people to copy my art," while they are the ones steaing is dispicable. They need to know whats right from wrong and what better way to do it than to tell them straight out? Theres no excuse. And i posted this so long ago My little brother is mentally handycap and is suffering from many disorders ) If you dont let them know, how would they learn from it?

Easy. If you have visited the vast dark pits of myspace, you would know what I mean. People shun you on there for typing correctly, pratically.

And yet again, there has never been any statement of them actually (with proof) of them having mental issues ; and we aren't bullying a retarded person (no proof, yet again) here because of thier IQ (stating truths, not being mean), but because of them doing something wrong. Just because someone is mentally challenged doesn't mean they should get away with everything without any penalties. That's worse then bullying them.

And personally, if they were as challenged as you state, I doubt they'd be able to opporate a computer well enough to make an account on a site like DA.
